v    Direct access by phone and email to your own doctor.  If you get voicemail it means Dr. George busy, but you will be called back very soon.

v    During the week, appointments for acute and follow-up care will usually be available the same or next business day.  You can schedule your own appointment from the web-site.

v    Appointments will be spaced far enough apart to allow time for more than one concern to be addressed.  Time between appointments will be used for telephone calls, email correspondence, prescription authorizations, communication with consultants, etc.

v    After-hours advice will be given by Dr. George by phone when needed.

v    Non-secure email is available for appointment requests and simple questions.  Secure email for medical issues may be available in the future.

v    A private, comfortable office with a peaceful, healing ambience.

v    A doctor who believes that health involves physical, mental, and spiritual well being.

v    Technology to access Up-to-Date and other on-line medical references as needed during our office consultations.

v    The practice will be using Amazing Charts electronic medical records for a paperless system (no chart to lose!).

v    Each patient will be given an electronic copy of their medical history and physical examination upon request.

v    You don’t have to assume your tests were normal.  You should always expect to hear your test results promptly.  If you don’t, please inform Dr. George so she can search them out for you.

v    Develop a Wellness Plan for each patient and provide them with appropriate patient education.
