Welcome to the Immunization services of Renaissance Family Medicine.
Immunization services are available to those who are not yet members of Renaissance Family Medicine. You may find you like the personal attention to your health care and decide to become a member!
Fee Information: Immunization services must be paid at time of visit by credit card. You may request paperwork to submit to your insurance company and you will be reimbursed directly by the insurance company if services are covered benefits. Members do not pay the visit fees, but do need to pay the cost of the immunizations.
Preventive Medicine Counseling (visit charge): $75 (includes preventive counseling and prescription for malaria prevention if indicated). (This is per family.)

Typhoid Fever: $90
Yellow Fever vaccine and certificate: $130 Varicella: Varivax (chicken pox): $135
Varicella: Zostavax (shingles): $235 Please bring a record of your previous vaccines to your appointment.
